YMCA Indoor Triathlon

This is the 17th annual Muskegon Family YMCA indoor triathlon, making it one of the oldest and most widely recognized Indoor Triathlons in the Midwest.  many beginning Triathletes, as well as many of the very top Triathletes in Michigan, have competed in this event.  It is an excellent way to get started in the world of multisport events, and also a great way to give a little focus to your off season training. 

Where - the Muskegon Family YMCA

When - 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 26th, 2008

What - swim 15 minutes in 25 meter, 6 lane pool; bike 15 minutes on calibrated bikes mounted on wind trainers; and run 15 minutes on indoor, 19 laps/mile, banked track.  add up the number of yards covered in each event and most yards wins.

Awards - overall male and female, overall master male and female, overall team (coed teams only).  also, medals three deep in five year age groups from 14 and under to 60 and over.

Cost - $25 individual ($30 after 1-21-2008) and $60 team ($70 after 1-21-2008)
